The first question people often ask us is where did the name Modet come from, is it French? Modet is simply a portmanteau of the MOD from the word ‘modern’ and the ET from the word ‘etiquette.’ That’s what Modet is and that is what we do – helping companies and individuals achieve their goals by enhancing their interpersonal skills, starting with a strong foundation in business etiquette and protocol.

Founded in 2006, Modet  is a Chicago-based professional development, business etiquette and international protocol consulting firm.
